Dear Parents and Carers,
I can confirm that having the flu is pretty miserable – not only in feeling really poorly, but in having to miss out on lots of the amazing things that have been happening at school this week! There is still lots to come though as we build up to the final days of term and the Christmas holidays. I am grateful to be back to school today and look forward to all the festivities!
This Week at St Margaret’s
- Thank you to the team at St Margaret's Church for having us for our Christmas Church Services this week. Thank you also to families who came along and joined in!
- Our Early Years did a fantastic job with their Christmas showcase this week to parents. They have worked so hard on learning the different songs they have performed and all really looked the part in their different nativity costumes.
- Year 1 and Year 2 have been working incredibly hard on their Nativity. We are excited to welcome parents into school later today (1:30pm) and tomorrow morning (9:30am) to perform for their families.
- Last night was our Carols by Candlelight event – a huge thank you to all who came to support! Thank you also to those staff and parents who volunteered their time to make this happen and a big well done to all the children who performed. Our thanks also to the Rotary Club who helped support the event.
Looking Ahead to Next Week
