A very warm welcome to St Margaret’s Church of England (VA) Primary School, Angmering.
At the heart of our school is our vision:
Created to Shine!
We strive to be a shining light of love, aspiration and excellence, helping every child grow into the person God intended them to be.
"You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden." Matthew 5:14
Through our values of love and aspiration, we aim to shine brightly—making a difference in our school, community and the wider world.
We warmly invite you to visit us and discover what makes St Margaret’s so special. Please also enjoy exploring our website to learn more about our wonderful school.

Walk to School week is coming - starting the 18th May! We're encouraging our whole school community to walk to school or park and stride during the week beginning the 18th May. We know it's not always possible for every family, but we'd love everyone to make that extra effort where they can! It's great for your health, better for the environment and a fun way to start the day. We will tally up our efforts across classes and see how we get on!

Not only that, Joanna will also be signing copies for children on the day who have pre-ordered a book - an opportunity not to be missed! To order your signed copy - order by MCAS or pay with cash at the Office no later than Wednesday 20th May!

As SATs week begins tomorrow, we wish good luck to all our Year 6 children for the week ahead! As Mr Lumley wrote in last week's letter, at St Margarets's we truly believe each child is wonderfully made and valued beyond any test result. Your value comes not from your test scores, but from who you are. So do your best, but remember; you are already enough, and we are so proud of you.

A huge thank you to PC Sibun, our School Liaison Officer, who came in to visit our Year 5 and 6 children this afternoon! He told us all about how criminal responsibility starts at the age of 10, how the police work and serve the people and online safety. Such an interesting afternoon for us all!
