The report highlights our school as a friendly, caring and inclusive community, where pupils enjoy learning and feel well supported.

What Ofsted says about our school

Inspectors recognised many strengths across the school:

  • A welcoming and supportive environment where pupils feel happy, safe and valued
  • Strong relationships between staff and pupils, with a clear focus on doing the best for every child
  • High expectations for all learners, including those with additional needs
  • Pupils who show positive attitudes to learning and work hard to succeed
  • A curriculum that is ambitious, engaging and well planned from the early years onwards
  • A strong focus on reading, helping pupils become confident and enthusiastic readers
  • Excellent care for pupils’ wellbeing, with effective safeguarding embedded across the school
  • Strong support for pupils with SEND, enabling them to access learning and achieve well

The report also highlights pupils’ kindness, respect and understanding of others, as well as the school’s strong approach to personal development and preparing children for life beyond school.

Looking ahead

The inspection identified a next step focused on ensuring that learning is consistently adapted to meet the needs of all pupils, so that every child can achieve their very best.

Our community

We are proud that the report reflects the strength of our school community. Staff, pupils and families work closely together to create an environment where children feel confident, supported and inspired to succeed.
