Dear Parents and Carers,
Easter is fast approaching, with just a little time left before the holidays, we are making the most of every moment. Celebrating achievements, preparing for our discover exhibition this evening, and enjoying a range of musical events. At lunchtimes this week, I have seen some real shining moments where KS2 have supported play with our younger children. The sunshine has been welcome, enabling new activity stations in our lunch provision, including daily access to bush craft sessions. Thank you, as always, for your continued support, it makes a huge difference to our school community.
This Week at St Margaret’s
- Year 3 and 4 Girls Football on Monday 16th March
- We had a visit from Louise Stallard from West Sussex on Tuesday, which was a welcome opportunity to showcase the great work taking place in our classrooms.
- Our Early Years enjoyed a very sunny trip to Amberley Museum this week. All the children enjoyed the day out and came back very tired.
- Amberley Class visited the Evergreen group, who meet at St Margaret's Church hall every month, to share work themed around Easter.
- After school today (Thursday 19th March), parents and carers are invited into school to see their child’s work from this term’s Discover topic. This will run just like the Autumn term visit, when you came in to view the children’s artwork. Classrooms will be open after school. Teachers will dismiss children as usual, so please collect your child from their normal place first. Then you can return to the classroom together to look at their work. We look forward to you seeing how your children have been aspiring to achieve their best this term!
