News from Nature Club

Nature Club runs every Thursday afternoon after school for children who love nature!

This week the children have been planting hedges in the school orchard, which were donated to St Margaret's by the Woodland Trust.  This scheme sees schools and other organisations receiving free trees which have been paid for by commerical companies who want to offset their carbon emissions.

The children worked hard to dig holes and identify and plant the trees.  They even gave up some of their lunchtime to help get them all planted before winter.

Well done Nature Club!
